Risk Management Considerations in IP Practice

Description: What if there was a way for IP-related malpractice claims to cost less money, time, emotion and reputation? Join this webinar to discover how. You’ll look at several IP specific risk management considerations, such as: how to better formalize the relationship with foreign associates; how to manage the risks associated with IP attorneys working remotely; how to balance the risk/reward of maintenance fees and annuities. Help your IP practice thrive by reducing the severity and frequency of its claims.

Objectives:
•         Review legal malpractice claims statistics to better understand the source of claims
•         Identify areas of risk within an IP law firm
•         Discuss policies and procedures to reduce those areas of risk

Join Risk Management Considerations in IP Practice (link) with subject gurus, David Kramer and Theo Nitts, for this one-hour webinar on Tuesday, November 11, 2014, 2:00 pm CST, 1 p.m. MST, 12 p.m. PST, 3 p.m. EST.
