James (Jim) M. Wagstaffe, J.D., partner and co-founder of Kerr & Wagstaffe LLP in San Francisco, began his speaking career during his college days at Stanford, where he won the title of National Collegiate Speaking Champion. Among the subjects he speaks on are communication and presentation skills. In addition, he handles a diverse range of litigation matters while leading the firm’s successful appellate group. Wagstaffe is recognized as an authority and frequently is consulted by other law firms and clients alike on complicated civil procedure, legal ethics and trial practice issues.
