Mentoring is both an art and a science. But most mentoring programs fail because we expect "professional" people to know how to mentor. Mentors must be trained, understand what their role is, what their goals are and how to measure their success. If viewing webinar as part of a group, please request credit in writing and have group leader email a copy attendance sign in/out sheet [email protected] and the program ID certificate will be emailed to each individual in the group who requests it.
