Mary Redmond is a professional speaker who has specialized in creating customized training and workshops to inspire Law Firm Managers at National, International, Regional and Chapter ALA events for over 10 years.  The goal is to learn how to avoid cost overruns, blown budgets and other financial surprises hidden in Contract Gotchas.

Session Objectives:

1. Five questions to ask the leasing company representative before accepting another financial contract.
2. Three phrases you must negotiate in every agreement to avoid Gotchas.
3. You’ll be more confident in your ability to identify, and remove contract terms and conditions that are unacceptable to your firm.  

Mary Redmond invested 25 years, working for some of the largest financial institutions in the world. She understands the challenges that partners, business executives, law firms and their operations, accounting, tax and legal associates face. As a master of lease contract negotiations, Mary advises firms about ways to eliminate The Gotchas that include financial and operational surprises.

The result of attending a FearLess Negotiation workshop will be a lease contract that works for the firm because it is tailored to the firm’s utilization plans and cash flow projections.

Her workshops for firm managers will give attendees new insights, tactics, and negotiation techniques.
