Please join the Mile High Chapter Education Committee at our monthly luncheon on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at 11:30 am.   Michelle Campbell of Campbell Litigation will present on Leveraging & Measuring My Law Firms - Authentic Self.  Participants will gain an understanding of how to help lead and implement an environment that promotes diversity and cultural transformation.

Session Objectives:

           1. To establish a framework for building an organization that fosters a respectful and safe environment.
           2. Levering leadership within the organization
           3. Infusing diversity systemically, to increase accountability and ownership        

This webinar will be 90 minutesWe will start promptly at 11:30 am with announcements so be sure to be logged into the webinar by 11:30 am. 

There will also be a little homework you will need to complete before the webinar, which is why we are cutting off the registration on Wednesday, August 19 at 10:00 am so that hopefully all those who register will have time to complete the following:

Michelle Campbell, is the COO at Campbell Litigation, PC, an employment and labor defense firm, based in Denver, Colorado, Executive Director of Colorado REACH, and CEO, Diverse-Talent, LLC, a professional search firm, connecting candidates to careers.  Michelle began her career at Hallmark Cards, Inc. as an engineer in an executive leadership program called career development. After several years at Hallmark Cards, Inc., she worked under the leadership of then Kansas City Missouri, Councilmen Emmanuel Cleaver II, to lead Harmony In A World of Difference, an organization committed to bringing corporations to Kansas City with the premise to engage a growing diverse workforce, in a striving city.  As time progressed, Michelle built a consulting firm, MD Campbell & Associates, an organizational development consulting firm assisting corporations with technical and organizational effectiveness for over 30 years, with a focus on organization effectiveness and employment policy matters. She is a trained engineer and counselor with national experience in developing effective operation and employee systems that impact productive work environments. Her practice areas have included: corporate systems analysis, workplace investigations, diversity cultural audits, operations assessments, mediation, and executive coaching.  She has successfully developed numerous corporate operation plans that involved transforming an organization’s employee policies and developing new strategies for organization effectiveness.

This session has been approved for the following re-certification credits:

              -    CLM Application Credit:  1.5 hour in the category of Organizational Development.

              -    CLM Recertification Credit:  1.5 hour in the subject area of Communication and Organizational Management
