Please join the Mile High Chapter Education Committee at our monthly luncheon on November 19. 2020 at 11:45 AM.  Lindsay Brown of Jones Lang LaSalle Brokerage, Inc. will present on Downtown Denver Office Market Insights.  Mr. Brown will  discuss an overview of the Downtown Denver Office Market – Pre and Post Covid.  He will talk about the state of the Denver office market and what to expect going forward.

Session Objectives:

  • Understanding the impact of COVID 19 on the downtown real estate market
  • Gain an understanding of Law Firm trends locally and nationally as it relates to office space use
  • What does the future hold as it relates to how office leases will be structured?

Lindsay Brown is the Executive Vice President of Tenant Representation with Jones Lang LaSalle Brokerage.  He establishes and maintains client relationships spanning multiple industries and markets.  Lindsay strategically assembles the appropriate team of professionals to best service his client’s needs.  He also has a unique approach to business and extensive experience in corporate facilities planning and relocation, specifically with oil and gas, law firm, telecommunications and technology-related organizations.

Lindsay has over 20 years of experience exclusively representing tenants.  He was a principle with The Staubach Company prior to their merger with JLL in 2008. He has handled over 5 million square feet of real estate transactions across the country.  Lindsay co-Leads JLL’s North American Energy Practice Group where he advises E&P, midstream and downstream companies with all aspects of their real estate and facilities.
