While we can’t meet in person at the Palm this year, we can celebrate virtually with the signature Poinsettia Champagne Cocktail! Here’s what you’ll need:

Poinsettia Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients:

Champagne (or Prosecco)

1/2 ounce Cointreau

3 ounces cranberry juice

Fresh or frozen cranberries (optional)

Instructions:

1. Put the Cointreau and cranberry juice in a chilled champagne flute.
2. Stir them together.
3. Top with champagne or prosecco.
4. Add a few fresh or frozen cranberries. (optional).
