Come join your Mile High ALA Peers for an evening of food, drink, and camaraderie!
The MHC Chapter’s Membership Committee & Professional Development Committee are hosting a Networking Social for Members and our Mile High & Mt. Elbert level Business Partners.
Just RSVP, and we will see you there!
Things to know before you go:
- Do you know someone who is new to the Denver legal market? Invite them to this event! We'd love to meet potential new members and introduce them to what our Chapter has to offer.
- At this event, we will be collecting new or gently-used clothing to benefit Urban Peak, Mile High ALA's community charitable organization for the 2021/2022 board year. Founded in 1988, Urban Peak is the only non-profit organization in Denver that provides a full convergence of services for youth ages 15-24 experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of becoming homeless. Urban Peak's goal is to help these youth overcome real life challenges and become self-sufficient adults.
- If you wish to attend and need accessibility assistance, please contact [email protected].
When: Wednesday, August 25, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Where: 1660 Lincoln Street, Denver 80264, in the Atrium
Why: Because it has been too long, and you'll have the chance to win a scholarship to the Mile High Chapter Annual Conference & Expo at Cheyenne Mountain Resort!
Additional Info.: The Community Connection Committee has selected to support Urban Peak this board year. Founded in 1988, Urban Peak is the only non-profit organization in Denver that provides a full convergence of services for youth ages 15 through 24 experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of becoming homeless. Their goal is to help these youth overcome real life challenges and become self-sufficient adults.
At our networking event on August 25th, we will be collecting new or gently used clothing of all types as well as cash or checks. If you want to make an online donation with a credit card please contact Terri Moore-Natal, Chair of the Community Connection Committee for more information, [email protected].
