Luce, Jr. will present on Ethics Lessons from the Cockpit.  In his presentation Mr. Luce will discuss ethics and attorney risk management through the lens of risk management techniques and protocols employed by pilots.

Charles F. Luce, Jr. is a partner with the Denver law firm Moye|White LLP, Chair of its Intellectual Property Group, and Co-Chair of its Law Practice Professionals Group.  A graduate of the universities of Colorado (B.A.) and Oregon (J.D.), Mr. Luce, is a frequent author and speaker on the impact of technology on legal ethics and the practice of law. Mr. Luce has served as a Lecturer in Law in Professional Responsibility at the University of Denver, and since 1986 as a member of the Colorado Bar Association's Ethics Committee. He is the publisher of Charles Luce on Legal Ethics and the Practice of Law, the first Internet website devoted to Colorado legal ethics issues, and a blog of the same name, ColoradoLegalEthics.com.
