It’s time to saddle up the horses, put on your boots and

cowboy hat and round up your fellow ALA’rs. 

We are back in the saddle with another Mile High ALA Conference & Expo! 

The Professional Development and Business Partner Committees of the Mile High Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators welcome you to Beaver Run Conference Center for the 2022 Mile High ALA Fall Conference and Business Expo for a rootin’ tootin’ time! 

Saddle up and put on your boots and join us for this two-night Wild West adventure of learning and networking with your fellow members and business partners at the low cost of $249!  Enjoy two nights in the beautiful western mountains of Colorado while connecting with your colleagues and friends! You’ll be enhancing both your personal and professional growth through our educational retreat and business expo.  

We will kick off this Wild West Conference & Expo with a Welcome Reception Thursday night from 5-7 p.m.  Friday will start with a hearty breakfast and Julie Holunga will present "Becoming Conflict Competent".  The fun doesn't stop there!  Lunch and the Business Partner Expo lead us into the afternoon where Julie will present her next session "The Art of Difficult Conversations".  We'll close the afternoon with a Mile High Annual Chapter Meeting, followed by a cocktail hour and dinner!  Western attire is highly encouraged!

This Wild West adventure continues Saturday morning with another hearty breakfast and a wrap-up session from Julie.

CONFERENCE SPEAKER....

Julie Holunga is an executive leadership coach who trains and develops corporate women, primarily in the legal, accounting, technology, and professional services fields, who are striving to bring direction, focus, leadership, and impact to their careers.  Many professionals in these groups did not learn or perfect the necessary skills through education or professional development to grow their careers and leadership capacity. Many of them also lack the confidence to activate these skillsets.

Through her proven frameworks, Julie shows her clients how to tangibly and concretely reach the next level of success, which they define themselves, with Julie’s guidance.  Success for Julie’s clients comes in the form of more productive work relationships, effective communication strategies, advancement, leadership qualities, and heightened confidence when navigating their career paths.

For those who need continuing education credits all three of Julie's sessions have been submitted for CLM, HRCI & SHRM re-certification credits.
