Please join the Mile High Chapter Education Committee at our monthly luncheon on Thursday, January 19th when David Zwisler will present on Colorado Employment Law.

Colorado employers continue to be tasked with applying new and re-interpreted Colorado employment laws.  From the varied interpretations of mandatory paid sick leave to the impending Family and Medical Leave Insurance Act (FAMLI), we will review some of the biggest changes in Colorado employment law in 2022 and identify what we know to expect in 2023.

Session Objectives:

-         Attendees will better understand recent legislation, administrative guidance, and court decisions impacting the employer-employee relationship.

-         Attendees will be able to contrast legal obligations in Colorado verse those of other states and federal law.

-         Attendees will be able implement or modify existing policies to come into compliance with Colorado employment law.

This session has been submitted for CLM, SHRM and HR Certification Institute for review.
