This month the Mile High Chapter Education Committee presents our monthly luncheon on Thursday, July 20.  Dan McGowan, Shayda Shah-Hosseini, and Janessa Biller will present on JLL:  Future of the Office & Workplace Trends. 

Session Objectives:

As the workplace continues to evolve, companies must stay ahead of the curve.  Flight to quality and workplace experience continue to be top of mind for firms rethinking their real estate strategies.  Join us for a discussion on:

-     What employees want from the workplace    

-     The current Denver office leasing environment

-     Recent local and national law firm office trends

Dan McGowan is a Managing Director with JLL.  He leads the Brokerage Operations for the Rocky Mountain Region, including strategy development and implementation, lease negotiations and portfolio management.  With 22 years of experience in commercial real estate, Dan has been involved in over 10M square feet of transactions and more recently in 1M square feet of Build-to-suit projects for clients.

Shayda Shah-Hosseini is an Associate in Tenant Representation with JLL.  She focuses on supporting tenants in the commercial real estate industry, collaborating closely with tenant teams to develop and implement winning workplace strategies that optimize real estate spending, enhance productivity, and retain top talent. 

Janessa Biller is a Vice President in Tenant Representation with JLL.  She specializes in market knowledge, business operations and occupancy cost analysis.  With a financial services background, her responsibilities also include financial analysis, lease and contract review, negotiations, and developing new business relationships.  Prior to joining JLL, Janessa worked in a variety of roles on Wall Street for 10 years, managing relationships with hedge funds and private equity firms, and has also worked on numerous transactions for professional services firms.
