We are pleased to welcome Gene Commander, the Founder of Gene Commander Inc., who will present on "Reimagining Talent Development Strategies in Law Firms."
In an evolving legal landscape, law firms must adopt innovative strategies to cultivate the next generation of legal professionals. This session will focus on practical, forward-thinking talent development initiatives that address the unique challenges of today’s workforce.
Topics will include deliberate program design to meet individual learning needs, fostering business acumen and leadership mindsets, tailoring approaches for hybrid work environments, and strategies to support underrepresented groups in the profession. Participants will gain actionable insights into how firms can create meaningful mentoring relationships, measure success using established frameworks, and design training that equips lawyers for an AI-driven future. By investing in strategic, individualized development programs, firms can build a resilient, engaged, and productive workforce while positioning themselves for long-term success.
