Reserve your spot now to explore your personal Insights assessment and learn more about how you can develop your communication skills for greater impact and effectiveness with your peers, colleagues, and clients!

Attendance at Burnout Bootcamp is not a prerequisite. For optimal participation, attendance is capped at 30 members. Register by April 2, 2025 to reserve your spot!

Excellent communication skills are at the heart of successful lawyers, firms, and organizations. Without proper communication, teams are riddled with conflict, people are misunderstood, progress is stalled, and productivity is not optimized. Through self-assessments, exploration, and skills practice, participants will gain practical experience initiating and responding to various forms of communication and gain the skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and others. This workshop includes a personal Insights assessment and group wheel.

Session Objectives:

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
• Explain the research and background of the Insights model
• Identify communication styles of others
• Articulate the impact of communication style on others, including clients, colleagues, and judges
• Adjust communication style to support the needs of others, including clients, colleagues, and judges
• Understand personal Insights report
• Identify at least three areas of personal development to improve communication
