Speaker Bio
Jeff Wells is a Member in the Seattle office of Williams Kastner. His employment litigation practice focuses on defending large multinational corporations, small businesses, and public entities in a wide array of employment-related matters.
In addition to litigation, Jeff provides day-to-day counsel to clients on best practices regarding employment policies, disciplinary actions, accommodations, leaves of absence, and terminations. He also conducts independent workplace investigations and delivers tailored training programs addressing employment compliance and strategy. Jeff’s depth of experience enables him to deliver practical insights with real-world applicability for legal professionals and employers alike.
