Marijuana has quickly become a hot-button issue for Colorado employers.  We know that marijuana use has been decriminalized under state law, but we do not yet have a clear picture as to what that means for employers.  We will discuss the current state of the law in Colorado and how employers should prepare for employees who test positive for marijuana in the future.
