Please join the Mile High Chapter Education Committee at our monthly luncheon. Grover Brittain of McKenna, Long & Aldridge, LLP will present on Disaster Preparedness - Find Out if Your Firm is Prepared to Handle 21st Century Threats. This session has been approved for 1 hour of CLM credit under the Legal Industry/Business Management (LI) category for Recertification or towards the additional hours needed by Functional Specialists applying for the exam (as long as the subject area is outside their area of specialty.)

During this interactive session you will:

  • assess your firm’s ability to handle a 21st century threat,
  • learn what you can do right now to prepare,
  • identify your current HR policies that are getting in the way of your firm being prepared,
  • how to best staff your office to handle a threat.

 

Mr. Brittain will join us at the Courtyard by Marriott in downtown Denver, 934 16th Street Mall, Denver, CO 80202.  The Chapter will provide complimentary valet parking for those members outside of downtown Denver.  Please indicate in your registration if you will be using that service.

In an effort to thank our members for their continued loyalty to the Mile High Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators, the Board has lowered the price of the monthly educational luncheons from $30 to ONLY $10 per lunch for the 2014-2015 Board Year! This reduction in price is for the educational lunches scheduled for 1/22/15, 2/12/15 and 3/19/15.  The price for guests will remain at $35 per luncheon.
