Please join the Mile High Chapter Education Committee at our monthly luncheon.  Paul Kilfoyle, Senior Underwrite with Chubb Insurance will present on Cybersecurity Risk and Risk Mitigation addressing law firm cyber liability exposures and potential claim scenarios.  He will discuss first party and third party coverages and differences as well as how to complete a Cyber Liability application to obtain insurance quotes for a cyber liability policy.  This session has been approved under Legal Industry/Business Management (LI) for CLM Recertification (1 credit).

Objectives of the presentation include:

1. Understanding of overall cyber liability exposures and market place of insurers.
2. Specific law firm exposures to cyber security/liability.
3. Differences between First and Third party coverages.
4. What exactly does a cyber liability afford a law firm with regards to coverages and protection.
5. Understanding how to complete a Cyber Liability application to obtain insurance quotes.

In an effort to thank our members for their continued loyalty to the Mile High Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators, the Board has lowered the price of the monthly educational luncheons from $30 to ONLY $10 per lunch for the 2014-2015 Board Year!
